Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Fantasea, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Bookings

• All tours must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking channels.

• A booking is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment is received.

2. Payments

• Prices are displayed in EUR.

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance is payable before or on the day of the tour, as agreed.

Payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure may result in loss of deposit.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Weather & Safety

• Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions.

• In case of unsafe conditions, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour.

• If cancelled by us due to weather, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Guests must follow the skipper’s instructions at all times.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted responsibly.

• The skipper has the right to terminate the tour without refund if passenger behavior endangers safety.

6. Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.

• Fantasea is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour.

• All guests must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety.

7. Children

• Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Life jackets are provided where required.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
